..we believe true transformation happens when individuals are supported fully—mind, body, and spirit—on their journey to recovery and independence. The Go Pro Program is a comprehensive, life-changing initiative designed for adults committed to overcoming substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring conditions. Our commitment is unwavering: to walk alongside you every step of the way, empowering you to live a productive, fulfilling life that aligns with your unique strengths and goals.
Here, you’ll find an environment where everyone—from clients to staff—is dedicated to lifting each other up. Our community thrives on respect, encouragement, and accountability. We expect all participants to contribute positively by fostering a supportive atmosphere, sharing encouragement, and celebrating one another’s progress. Together, we build resilience and a foundation for lasting change.
We have forged special relationships with trusted community partners—including vocational training providers, workforce development organizations, and local employers—to ensure you have access to the tools and resources needed to build a career. Whether you are exploring your natural talents through in-depth personality and job preference assessments or you already know your desired field, we’re here to guide you. Our partners provide job readiness training, skills development, and connections to employers ready to hire.
The primary goal of our program is to help you recognize any underlying challenges that may have hindered your success and to understand how these issues affect your life. Equally important is equipping you with essential skills—coping strategies, mental resilience, community support, and confidence—so you are fully prepared to face and overcome these challenges if they arise again. Once you’ve built a solid foundation in these areas, and while continuing to prepare further, we focus on getting you ready to thrive in full-time employment.
Many clients transition from incarceration or long-term homelessness with immense motivation but face significant challenges adjusting to daily life and work demands. Studies show that a large percentage—often more than half—of individuals released from prison without sufficient transitional support struggle to maintain employment or avoid recidivism.
We focus on helping you establish solid footing—mentally, emotionally, and practically. This includes building your mental resilience to prepare for life’s ups and downs: the high confidence days and the unexpected challenges that may arise. With patience, support, and commitment, you will be far better equipped to overcome obstacles and thrive.
